What’s it all about?
Conflict management is all about understanding why people act in the way they do when under pressure, and learning the skills to help diffuse a situation and come to a peaceful resolution. You’ll learn about the three stages of conflict – the origin, mediation and negotiation, followed by the peacemaking, or resolution, stage. What will I learn?
Taking an online conflict management course will provide you with exactly the same education as that of a physical university. And while each individual course will have its own way of presenting the syllabus, you can expect to cover the following:
